We received a troubling report about a stray dog with something tightly wrapped around his neck.
When we found him, we saw it was a plastic PVC tube, wedged so tightly it had caused a serious wound beneath.

People had tried to lure him with food, but his fear kept him at a distance—and the injury only worsened.
Every attempt to approach him was met with hesitation or aggression. He was scared, and understandably so.
Eventually, the vet made the decision to carefully cut the tube off. Underneath, a painful, infected wound was revealed—filled with pus and showing signs of serious damage.
Despite his visible suffering, the dog continued to resist our efforts to help. It was clear that his physical wounds weren’t the only ones that needed healing.
Emotional scars ran just as deep.
With patience and medical care, including IV fluids and careful wound treatment, we’re doing everything we can to help him heal.
There’s even a haunting thought that this situation may not have been an accident—but a cruel act.
Still, we believe in second chances. With consistent kindness, quiet care, and time, we hope this dog will begin to trust again.
No animal should suffer alone—and thanks to those who refuse to give up, he no longer has to.
