Meet Q, a young pup whose journey from a harsh beginning to a joyful present is truly inspiring. Once known as Cupid, this little dog’s early life was anything but easy.
At just six months old, Q was discovered in a Toronto landfill, struggling to survive amid challenging conditions. His fate took a positive turn when The Dog Rescuers, Inc., a dedicated nonprofit organization, stepped in to save him.
Born without limbs due to a genetic condition—not mistreatment—Q’s story quickly spread, captivating many kind hearts online. Among those moved by his tale was Pawsability, a compassionate Toronto-based company.

They crafted special prosthetic limbs for Q, designed to help him learn to walk on his forelegs for the first time. To aid his training, tiny skis were used to ease his transition.
Q is fortunate to have a committed team encouraging his progress, and every day brings new improvements. His life has transformed with the love and care of Linda, who has become his new family.
Q now enjoys the company of his canine siblings, playful days at the lake, and a nurturing home filled with affection.

Despite answering to a new name, Q will always be Cupid in the hearts of those who followed his journey.
His transformation from an abandoned beginning to a cherished life serves as a powerful reminder of the resilience and healing that love can bring.
