When rescuers arrived at a location reported by a local man, they discovered a homeless dog that had taken a special liking to the man’s pets. Despite the man’s efforts to regularly supply food, the dog clearly required more comprehensive care.
The rescue team used food to gently encourage the dog to trust them before securing him with a leash. They decided to call this charming dog “Pax.”

Pax was calm and cooperative, allowing the rescuers to lift him into their vehicle without any fuss. It was evident that he was relieved and happy to finally have help.
The team transported Pax to an animal hospital, where he received necessary treatments for several health issues including skin, ear, and eye infections, as well as mange and open wounds.
Pax proved exceptionally cooperative during his treatments, even allowing staff to give him a medicated bath to aid his skin recovery.
Shortly afterward, The Forgotten Dog Foundation stepped in and helped Pax find a loving forever home. With his wounds healed and fur restored, Pax transformed into a beautiful and joyful dog, delighted to be with a caring family.
